Asia Bootcamp

Develops a high-level market entry strategy, accelerates strategic thinking and identifies how to best position businesses and technologies for maximum success in Asia.

Asia Masterclass

Asia Incubator orientation, workshops to review Asia entry strategy, introduction to angel fund and other capital fund managers, meeting local mentors, expats, business chambers. Pre-arranged meeting with distributors, channel partners and/or manufacturing facilities.

Asia Readiness

Provides companies with knowledge to develop a successful business strategy in Asia and become both Asia and Investor ready. Addresses the specific challenges, risks and hurdles confronting each of the participants, developing specific market entry and business plans.

Asia Immersion

Reinforces Asia market linkages and tests strategies designed during the earlier programs, supported by both Asian and British business mentors. Provides training on the range of practical skills to engage and run a successful Asia business.

Asia Residency

Supported by both Asian and British business mentors, companies will refine a well-executable Asia business model, establish the business and embark on operations in the Asia market.
